Hotel Asmara Palace is known for providing its customers with an exceptionally clean, comfortable, safe and cozy environment. The hotel policies and rules mentioned below are considered as a part of our reservation agreement with you, our dear customer. As our hotel guest, by reading and signing your hotel registration you are solemnly agreeing to abide by our policies and rules, terms and conditions. Our hotel policy and house rules may change from time to time, please feel free to check with our Front Office for any updates.
In order to make your stay as pleasant and hassle free as possible, the Hotel Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between guest and Hotel Asmara Palace under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s):

| Rates Policy | The rate is inclusive of lodging and breakfast. Additional meals, amenities and services are available at extra cost. To upgrade your room amenities and services, please contact the Front Office. Guest registration forms must be signed on arrival. |
| Hotel Services | All information can be obtained at the Front Office. |
| Breakfast & Room Service | Buffet breakfast is available at La Fontana Restaurant and is included in the room rate, from 07:00 until 13:00. Room service is available 24 hours. Meals and beverages served in rooms are charged according to the room service price list provided in rooms. |
| Rollaway Bed | Rollaway beds can be placed in selected room categories at an additional charge of USD 40.00 per room, per night. |
| Housekeeping Services | Room cleaning is performed from 08:00 to 11:00. If you require a specific time for room cleaning, please make arrangements with the Front Office. |
| Child Policy | Children above 2 years of age will need an extra bed, which carries an additional charge. |
| Infant Bed / Baby Cot | Children under 2 years of age will be provided a complimentary baby cot upon request, subject to availability. |
